Rose Advertisers — Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: August 15, 2026

At Rose Advertisers, we are committed to providing high-quality advertising products and services, including billboards, LED boards, flex printing, 3D banners, smart displays, mobile holder displays, and custom signage.

Because most of our products are custom-designed and made according to each customer’s specific requirements, our refund and return policy is as follows:

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Custom-made products cannot normally be returned or exchanged once production has started, unless the product has a manufacturing defect or does not match the approved specifications.

2. Design Approval

Customers are responsible for carefully checking and approving the final design, including:

• Text and spelling
• Logo and branding
• Colors
• Dimensions
• Images
• Contact information
• Other design details

Once the customer approves the final design, Rose Advertisers is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved artwork.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing/printing defect, please contact us as soon as possible. We may offer:

• Repair
• Reprinting
• Replacement
• Another suitable solution

The issue may need to be verified through photographs, videos, or physical inspection.

4. Incorrect Product or Specifications

If we provide a product that is materially different from the specifications confirmed in your order, please contact us. After verification, we will work to correct the issue through replacement, reprinting, or another appropriate solution.

5. Refunds

Refunds may be considered when an order cannot be completed due to an issue caused by Rose Advertisers. The refund amount will depend on the circumstances and the work or materials already used.

Advance payments for custom orders may not be refundable once designing, production, printing, fabrication, or material purchasing has started.

6. Cancellation of Orders

Order cancellation requests must be made before production begins. Once production or fabrication has started, cancellation may not be possible, and any refund will be subject to the costs already incurred.

7. Installation & Site Work

For installation, mounting, billboard, LED, or other site-based projects, additional charges may apply for work already completed, transportation, installation, dismantling, or materials used.

8. Color & Material Variations

Minor variations in color, brightness, material texture, or finishing may occur due to printing processes, screens, lighting conditions, or material availability. Such normal variations are not automatically considered defects.

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following are generally non-returnable once production has started:

• Custom billboards
• Printed flex banners
• 3D banners
• Custom LED boards
• Custom smart displays
• Personalized mobile holder displays
• Custom signboards
• Other customized advertising materials

10. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund, replacement, or correction, contact Rose Advertisers with:

• Order details
• Customer name
• Description of the issue
• Photos or videos where applicable
• Proof of payment, if required

Our team will review the request and provide the appropriate resolution.

11. Final Decision

Each refund, return, replacement, or correction request will be reviewed according to the nature of the order, production status, confirmed specifications, and condition of the product.

Rose Advertisers reserves the right to update this policy when necessary.
