Rose Advertisers — Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Rose Advertisers. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Orders & Quotations

All quotations are based on the requirements, specifications, materials, sizes, quantities, and services discussed with the customer. Prices may change if the project requirements are modified.

2. Design Approval

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving final artwork before production. Once approved, Rose Advertisers is not responsible for spelling mistakes, incorrect information, logos, colors, dimensions, or other errors contained in the approved design.

3. Custom Products

Most of our products, including LED boards, billboards, flex printing, 3D banners, signboards, smart displays, and mobile holder stands, are customized according to customer requirements. Custom products may not be returnable or refundable once production has started, subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

4. Payment

A deposit or advance payment may be required before production begins. The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule. Production or delivery may be delayed if payment requirements are not met.

5. Production & Delivery

Estimated production and delivery times are provided based on the project requirements. Delays may occur due to material availability, technical issues, transportation, weather, installation conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Materials & Finishing

Material appearance, texture, color, brightness, and finishing may vary slightly due to manufacturing, printing processes, lighting, or material availability. Minor variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.

7. Installation

Where installation is included, the customer must provide suitable and safe access to the installation location. Additional charges may apply for difficult locations, special equipment, transportation, electrical work, structural modifications, or additional installation requirements.

8. LED Boards & Electrical Work

Customers are responsible for providing suitable electrical connections unless electrical work is specifically included in the quotation. Proper voltage, wiring, power supply, and installation conditions are required for safe operation.

9. Customer-Provided Content

Customers are responsible for ensuring that logos, images, text, trademarks, artwork, and other content provided to Rose Advertisers can legally be used. The customer is responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for copyrighted or trademarked materials.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, original designs, concepts, layouts, photographs, and creative materials produced by Rose Advertisers remain the property of Rose Advertisers until the agreed project payment has been completed.

11. Project Changes

Any changes requested after design approval or after production has started may result in additional costs and changes to the delivery schedule.

12. Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be made before production begins. If production, printing, fabrication, material purchasing, or installation has already started, the customer may be responsible for costs already incurred.

13. Warranty & Maintenance

Where applicable, warranty or maintenance coverage will be provided according to the specific product and quotation. Warranty does not normally cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, electrical problems, weather-related damage, or improper maintenance.

14. Portfolio & Marketing

With appropriate permission, Rose Advertisers may use photographs of completed projects for its portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials. Customers may request that their project not be used for promotional purposes.

15. Limitation of Liability

Rose Advertisers will make reasonable efforts to complete projects according to the agreed specifications. We are not responsible for indirect losses, business interruptions, loss of profits, or delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

16. Policy Updates

Rose Advertisers reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Updated terms may be published through our website or other official communication channels.
